By registering in our programs, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as outlined on this page including but not limited to our policies, cancellations and refunds as well as our liability waiver.
Premier Hockey Institute reserves the right to terminate the paticipation of any player(s) registered in our small group sessions / camps / programs / without a refund for conduct that is considered to be detrimental to the on-ice instruction and / or the well being of other participants registered in our programs.
All participants registered will be grouped based on age, size and ability in order to ensure an optimal learning environment for everyone.
Small Group Sessions
All on-ice group sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled date.
Because of the small size and limited enrollment for the group sessions, all prepayments are non-refundable.
Private, Semi-Private and Team Sessions
All private and semi-private sessions must be paid in full prior to the training date.
No refunds will be issued for private, semi-private and team sessions missed because of no-shows, illness, injuries, holidays, team related scheduling conflicts and for any other reasons not listed above.
Programs, Camps and Hockey Schools
All programs, camps and hockey schools must be paid in full prior the scheduled date.
As a result of limited enrollment in our programs, camps and hockey schools, no refunds will be issued due to players missing a session or multiple sessions as a result of a no-show, illness, holidays, scheduling conflict or for any other reason(s) not listed above.
All players interested in our programs must sign and agree to our Liability Waiver prior to participation. The liability waiver will be included in our registration forms.
