Summer Roller Blading Sessions

Rollerblading can be a very useful off-ice training tool allowing players to work on their skating in the off season when ice can be limited.  

Although not the same as actually skating on ice, many of the same skating techniques and mechanics can be replicated and practiced effectively while rollerblading.  

"For me, I always tried to do the closest thing to playing hockey.  I probably would have found a pair of rollerblades, or inline skates, and I would've been skating around flat property around the neighborhood as much as I can.  Because your hands and your shot and stickhandling, that's never going to go away, but one of the things you lose quickly, if you're not skating everyday, is that skating stride.  So if I was a player of today's generation and we were locked out, I would try to find places to rollerblade as much as possible"

• All of our private and semi-private rollerblading sessions are instructed by our Certified Hockey Skating Coach - Sean Gallagher

• Sessions can be tailored to work on technical skating, puck control, shooting in motion or any other skill based on the player's needs.

• We provide all the equipment necessary - net, shooting tiles, stickhandling aids, green biscuits and all other training aids required for the session.  

• Players are expected to wear a helmet, elbow and knee pads, hockey gloves and stick.  

• Our semi-private technical rollerblading sessions are also available for up to 3 players.  The booking party is responsible to find the other players.  

• Please keep in mind when booking a semi-private session, players should be as close to the same skill level as possible in order to ensure optimal results.  

• Private and semi-private sessions will be booked on a first come, first served basis.    

We offer our rollerblading skills sessions during the summer months from Monday to Friday during the day and in the evenings  based on your availability.
