"We identified that our team needed to improve skating speed and explosiveness. Sean broke down the key elements of skating into components that were easily understood by 10 year old kids. Sean was very thorough in his methods and tailored progressive drills that resulted in marked improvements in all of our players after a few sessions only. We would recommend Premier Hockey in a heartbeat!"

"Sean taught our VEMHA Novice kids the proper way to skate, by showing them the proper stride, breaking it down to their level. He also provided an on ice tutorial for our coaches on how to teach the stride. The results were phenomenal. In 13 years of convening this age group, I was amazed every week on how the kid’s skating stride improved, a skill that I believe needs to be taught properly in order for the kids to progress in the other aspects of hockey. This was by far the biggest progression in skating that I have ever witnessed at this age level in all the 15 years I have been convenor. The end results saw the kids carrying the puck with confidence, passing with confidence and back checking with confidence because they were skating properly. Sean was truly dedicated to teaching the kids the proper stride, and he taught at their level, so that every child could understand his instruction. I have seen other instructors over the years teaching the stride, but Sean is head and shoulders over anyone else I have witnessed."
